Privacy

This page collects as little as it can. There is no advertising, no profiling, no third-party tracker and no cookie.

Who is responsible for it

The data controller is reachable at contact@ifrep.eu. There is no company behind ifrep yet; the legal notice sets out where that stands.

The contact form

What it collects. Your name, your email address, your firm, your role, the type of firm you selected, and the message you write. Nothing else: no IP-based enrichment and no lookup against any external database.

Why. To reply to you. That is the only purpose.

Lawful basis. Legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)): you contacted a business about its product and expect an answer. You can object at any time, and objecting means the message is deleted.

Where it is stored. The form is handled by Formspark, which is operated from Belgium and stores submissions in Ireland. A copy is emailed to us and held in our mailbox. Nowhere else. Note that the form only contacts Formspark at the moment you press Send: reading this site sends nothing to them.

How long. Deleted within 24 months of our last exchange, or immediately if you ask.

No automated follow-up. Your address is not added to a mailing list, not synchronised to a CRM, and not passed to anyone. There is no autoresponder.

Statistics

Page views are counted with Umami. It sets no cookie and stores no identifier, so nothing here distinguishes you from any other visitor. Umami Software, Inc. is a United States company, and its script is loaded on every page of this site.

Fonts and assets

Fonts, styles and images are served from this domain. The analytics script described above is the only third-party request a page makes.

The validator

The free validator at validator.ifrep.eu processes the report package you upload, in France (Scaleway, fr-par). Nothing is stored beyond the validation itself: the package is deleted as soon as it has been read, before validation starts, and the result is deleted when you fetch it. Neither is kept for later analysis, and neither is used to train anything.

What is recorded. One line per validation: the date, the verdict, which rules were reported, how long it took and how much memory it used. It carries no name, no LEI and no address, and nothing read from inside your package.

Usage limits. To keep the tool free and available, it accepts three packages per address per day. Enforcing that means keeping a salted, shortened fingerprint of your address for about a day — never the address itself, and not reversible into one. Rotating the salt erases every fingerprint at once.

The validator does not identify you, does not set a cookie, and has no account. It says what the official taxonomy reports about your file, and forgets the file.

The demo

The public demo at demo.ifrep.eu is a separate environment, hosted outside the EU on a free tier, holding synthetic data that is reset nightly. Do not upload real data to it. It is not covered by this notice's storage statements.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of anything you have sent, by writing to the address on the contact section. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
